Crew members and contractors complete a written onboarding agreement with Nitemind LLC. That agreement includes a separate SMS consent checkbox, unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of working with Nitemind LLC. Signed forms are retained.
Crew members complete the onboarding form at nitemind.us/onboarding, which includes the SMS consent checkbox shown above, unchecked by default. Submissions are timestamped and retained.
